The museum is housed inside an old wine cellar, right in the heart of the city. It contains a considerable collection of posters, sculptures, paintings, books and clothes, and other items related to bullfighting.

Once inside, visitors feel as if they are in a bull ring in Jerez, the cradle of great Andalusian bullfighters. It has a seating capacity for 400 diners.
